They have a unique take on classic plays and want this to reflect in their poster designs.
The Romeo and Juliet play was a special production that showed during pride week, and had an LGBTQ+ theme which the client wanted to be advertised in a clear way. The inspiration for the hearts is classic tattoo design.
Much ado about nothing was set in facist Italy at Christmas time, the inspiration for the design is taken from vintage propaganda posters but the client also wanted to include Christmas lights.
The brief for the Henry IV poster boiled down to something with a modern political vibe but keeping it simple. We achieved this by using the strong political colours red and blue.
